Move by Em Cancellations & Refunds Policy

At Move by Em (“we”, “our”, “us”), we value flexibility while ensuring fairness for all members and instructors. This Refunds & Cancellations Policy applies to all classes, memberships, events, and services. By booking with us, you agree to the following:

1. General Refund Policy

• All purchases (class packs, memberships, subscriptions, and casual passes) are non-refundable except as required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

• Refunds will only be issued in cases where services are not provided as promised, or where required by law.

• Change of mind, non-attendance, or failure to use services within the validity period does not entitle you to a refund.

2. Studio Closures & Schedule Changes

• If we cancel a class (e.g., due to instructor illness or studio closure), a full credit will be returned to your account.

3. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
